This is the sheet that should be used to record the result of the matches on the night. The result at the end of the night should be input ASAP via the "WHATSAPP" group. All captains are a member of this group. This helps us to have up to date results. 

The home team is responsible for this card and care should be taken to complete it accurately. Players name should be in Block Capitals. Make sure a W(in) or L(oss) is recorded against each player and the final result is recorded
